Wow, I’ve been pretty busy of late! :)
Let’s start with the more “major” achievements, shall we?
My cooking is now 37, and my fishing is 8! Whee! Meat Mithkabobs, big money!
I got WHM up to 43 (Crawler’s Nest, ewwww), and got AF1 – the Blessed Hammer of DOOOOOM!
BLM-wise, I didn’t do much except for attempting to solo in Newton Movalpolis (sp). I delevelled though, and since then I’ve taken to duoing with Sumiki in various corners. We last duoed in Bibiki Bay – so much better compared to scary Newton Movalpolis. ;P I did, however, get a substantial buffer for BLM and managed to get my Wizard’s Coat, thanks to Carz and Zioncross. (Who’s Carz!?)
I was running around in Toraimarai Canals with Tenshiiryu when we came to a gate with a Dark Aspic on the other side of it. Being rather bored, Ten provoked it and we went on our merry way. Just as he remarked, “I wonder when we’ll see that Aspic again?” it confronted us as we ran down the steps to the water ways!
I saw Nhadyne online one night and he mentioned that he hit 75 on MSN. Of course, I immediately beseeched him to help this little Tarutaru and he agreed! He roped in a friend and helped me get the Shiva summon :D!
Oh… what about Aht Urhgan? Actually I was hoping to make my maiden trip there with Zioncross, but he’s been busier than a busy Elvaan with the Zilart Missions ever since we started our LinkShell… Carz was our first “real” member… but more on him later!
In any case I went to Aht Urhgan Whitegate alone…
I saw that little island on the ship to Al Zahbi. Reminds me of the Bird Rock on the 17 Mile Drive in the US! (-w-)
So.. what brought me to Aht Urhgan in the first place… Ummm… Oh right! I was to report to this Naja Salaheem persony-thingy…
And oh my god she scared me with her big mace when she banged the table!! ; ; One of the fiercest, scariest characters in the game I’ve encountered so far- I’m surprised I didn’t run away the moment she banged the table! And she had the cheek to send me running through dangerous places too…
Well, apparently I’m the only one who thinks she’s scary AND not hot when she is scary…
So.
Now…
Who is Carz?
Simply put he’s a Japanese guy whom Zion met while making the TOFU LinkShell. They sat and chatted for hours and I joined them sometime in between. He uses a software to translate from Japanese to English – that’s mostly how he communicates with us. His grammar is still Japanese though… :)
The night before he came to me and told me, “raen zion i like. but good-bye”… and, “you. cannot help” – with missions and all.
:( and he left the LinkShell.
The next morning Zion called me while I was sleeping and told me that Carz went to him and said, “{Ummm…} mistake last night.” Apparently… he was drunk. w! He’s rubbing off everyone in the LS now, broken grammar and all… but we all love him :D
